The Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) corporate headquarters, a 145,000 USF office tower complemented by a 70,000 USF innovation center, consolidates four U.S. corporate and brand offices into a unified facility, accommodating over 460 employees from Atlanta and Chicago. The project features 616 workstations, 91 private offices, and various ancillary spaces across both buildings. Collaborating with SSB’s design partner, Hendricks Inc., our team crafted a custom furniture solution that seamlessly integrates individual privacy with collaborative areas throughout the entire floor plan. This design creates a timeless environment reflecting SSB’s values while fostering a dynamic and engaging workspace to attract and retain top talent. Our services included furniture programming and specification, 3D photorealistic renderings, furniture procurement, project management, warehousing, delivery and installation, relocation/reupholstery of existing furniture, and warranty and maintenance services. This comprehensive approach ensured a sophisticated and functional office environment that supports SSB’s mission and enhances employee experience.
