CDC 106
Scope: Office Images was awarded the furniture package in a Design/Build of this newest CDC building in October 2006. Installed beginning 2007: 10 stories, 600 Systems workstations, 420 private offices, 27 conference rooms, 10 cafeteria/break rooms, 2000+ task/guest/conference chairs and lounge furniture. This project was completed on time and $300,000 under budget. LEED certification was a goal for the building: blanket wrapping, transporting only full trucks and recycling all cardboard. This building was awarded LEED Gold in April 2009.
Newell Rubbermaid
Scope: This project is a 14 story headquarters building. When completed, the building will be filled with 550 Compose workstations and Zody seating. Patterns product will also be used on the Executive floors and throughout the project for file wraps, workwalls, and benching. This multi-floor project was completed on time, under budget, and with zero punch items.
Cisco/Scientific Atlanta
Scope: Office Images was awarded the project for their new corporate campus, covering 256 acres with 5 buildings from 2000-2002. This includes 1,920 stackable Premise workstations, private office casegoods, conference tables, all seating and movable walls. We have continued our partnership with the award in 2008 of furniture, seating, tables and movable walls for another new building.
Board of Regents
Scope: This project is a 2 story building located within a business. The building was filled with 230 workstations, break areas, lobbies, conference rooms, all interior offices, raised flooring, structural zone electrical & cable in new construction.
Woodruff Art Center
Scope: This project was a renovation of an existing 1960’s building. The project included Compose workstations in multiple configurations and finishes. Casegoods for Woodruff included Masters wood veneer and laminate. Zody task chairs were used throughout, as well as Haworth filing.
